It all depends on the nature of the job that you have. No one can pinpoint on any particular pattern of dressing due to the wide array of jobs that people do. A plumber will have a very different outfit as opposed to a person working in the corporate sector. I have read various blogs where they give out tips on how a person should dress to work. But they all just turn up to be talking about the dressing for a corporate. That’s not the only job that people do. What about musicians, artists, people working on the rigs, self employed people? Every job requires a different dress code that is considered to be acceptable.

There is one simple thumb rule for this, no matter what job you have. Dress for the job that you want, not for the job that you have.

This again implies to positive thinking and a will to succeed. If you are desperate to succeed then there is no one who can stop you. Dressing and grooming definitely affects your attitude and your frame of mind. If you are dressed shabbily and not well groomed, your thoughts will be taking a negative course, and that can lead you nowhere. As I mentioned in my earlier post, you must have a positive frame of mind and believe in your thoughts to be able to achieve your goals in life. Dressing well on the job is a step that will help you set your frame of mind and envision your goals, keeping you positive.

I know this is a short article, but it has helped a lot of people to change the way that they think. Just remember the simple thumb rule that I have mentioned and you’ll do well.
